Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) Stace Dollar and John Edwards III represent the values and mission of Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia (MTSA) and its commitment to patient safety, education, and research.

After graduating from MTSA in 2002 and 2003, Dollar and Edwards went on to complete their Acute Surgical Pain Management Fellowship. Dollar and Edwards have joined together in groundbreaking efforts to combat persistent opioid use among surgical patients. Their work has contributed to positive results by helping to reduce the number of patients who develop opioid-use disorders after surgical procedures.
