The Educational and Institutional Cooperative purchasing organization, or E and I Cooperative, is a not-for-profit buying cooperative established in 1934 by members of the National Association of Educational Procurement (NAEP) to provide goods and services to members at the best possible value.  The mission of the cooperative purchasing organization is to exceed member expectations by providing high quality, cost-effective, and timely solutions through a diverse portfolio of competitive contracts and value-added services.

Through membership in E and I Cooperative, TICUA member institutions have access to almost 100 contracts in the areas of athletic training supplies, automotive, books and media, computer software and networking, electronic and peripherals, express delivery and freight, flooring, food service, furnishings, furniture, IT services, maintenance, medical equipment and supplies, moving and relocation, office equipment and supplies, procurement, scientific equipment and supplies, and travel.

Joining the Cooperative is easy.  You can check your E&I membership status using the Member Locator tool. Not a member yet? CCCS members and their institutions can simply submit a membership application to access the Cooperative’s contract. Please enter “CCCS” into the form’s referral field.
