TICUA provides a variety of sponsorship opportunities to interested parties on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the year.  Below is a description of each of the meetings for which sponsorship opportunities are available throughout the year.  If you are interested in sponsoring any of these, please contact cornick@ticua.org at 615/242-6400.

THE TICUA COLLEGIUM

The TICUA Collegium:  Collegium membership is open to an individual or organization giving $3,000 or more to TICUA in a 12-month period.

2024 Collegium membership includes the following benefits:

• Member name and logo included in the TICUA Case Statement and Annual Report; 
• Member name included on the TICUA Annual Meeting PowerPoint  
• Member may sponsor, at the Platinum level, a TICUA affinity group meeting; 
• One-page flyer summarizing the member’s products and services in the materials provided to those attending the TICUA Annual Presidents Meeting as well as two invitations to attend the Annual Meeting Presidents and Legislative Reception and self-pay dinner.

2024 TICUA ANNUAL MEETING SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

TICUA will host its Annual Meeting for member presidents on February 20 & 21, 2024. Accompanying presidents and select members of their senior staff and other key persons of influence such as members of their boards of trustees. In addition, the TICUA Executive Leadership Institute 2023-24 Fellows also will be attending.  Although the meeting is closed, sponsorship of the meeting is available. Sponsorships for the Annual Meeting are described below.

Tier I Sponsor - $6,000 and Above

Tier I sponsorship is promoted at the Annual Meeting.  In addition, the sponsoring individual's / organization's name & logo will be prominently displayed on meeting materials and during the meeting. A promotional piece describing the sponsor is included in the meeting packet. The sponsorship also includes six invitations to attend the Presidents and Legislative Reception, Tuesday evening, February 21st and the self-pay dinner immediately following the reception. Presidents, their guests, and the Executive Leadership Institute Fellows are encouraged to attend the reception and dinner.

Tier II Sponsor - $4,000

Tier II sponsorship is promoted at the Annual Meeting.  In addition, the sponsoring individual's / organization's name & logo are prominently displayed on meeting materials and during the meeting. A promotional piece describing the sponsor is included in meeting packet.  In addition, the sponsoring individual's / organization's name & logo will be prominently displayed on meeting materials and during the meeting. Tier III Sponsor - $2,000

Tier III sponsorship is promoted at the Annual Meeting.  In addition, the sponsoring individual's / organization's name & logo will be prominently displayed on meeting materials and during the meeting. A promotional piece describing the sponsor is included in the meeting packet. The sponsorship also includes one invitation to attend the Presidents and Legislative Reception, Tuesday evening, February 21st and the self-pay dinner immediately following the reception. TICUA Partners and Sponsors contributing at least $3,000 from January 1 through December 31 qualify as TICUA Collegium Members. 

2024 TICUA AFFINITY GROUP SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Throughout the year, TICUA brings together various senior level affinity groups for one- and two-day professional development opportunities.  These meetings / retreats are crucial as each allows TICUA member institution faculty, staff and administrators to share best practices, hear from regionally and nationally known speakers, and create and nurture relationships crucial to the success of future TICUA-wide collaborative initiatives.

Sponsorships are available for all TICUA meetings.  The range in price and level of interaction with participants varies and is described below: 

Platinum Sponsor -- $2,000 -- Provides top billing at the selected meeting / retreat; 15 minutes on the agenda to share information about the sponsor's products and services; invitation to attend the attendee-vendor reception; name and logo as sponsor on agenda and registration information; and receive attendee contact information.

Gold Sponsor -- $1,750 -- Provides an invitation to attend the attendee-vendor reception; name and logo as sponsor on agenda and registration information; and receive attendee contact information.

Silver Sponsor -- $1,500 -- Provides name and logo as sponsor on agenda and registration information; and receive attendee contact information.

TICUA Publications Sponsorship opportunities

Each year TICUA publishes several publications which have opportunities for sponsorships. Donors have the opportunity to sponsor either half or full page to visually demonstrate their support of higher education. All annual print sponsorships totally $3,000 or more qualify the donor for Collegium Membership*. A brief description of each publication and available sponsorships are below:

On-line Distribution:400 individuals will receive targeted emails announcing the release and posting of the document.

Audience: State policy leaders, state higher education community, state business and civic leaders, Tennessee federal policy leaders, private higher education federal policy leaders, and TICUA campus senior staff.

Distribution Date: Released each year in early December
