Lottery Scholarship Recipients Excel at TICUA Institutions

In Fall 2019, over 13,000 students attending TICUA member schools received the HOPE Scholarship.
Recipients attending a TICUA member institutions have a higher first-to-second year renewal rate (66%) than the overall state recipient population (58%).
