| Transfer Pathways |

This site is provided for the assistance for community college students in the State of Tennessee working toward completion of associate degrees who plan to transfer to a regionally accredited, not for profit, Tennessee private college or university (TICUA institutions) to complete bachelor’s degrees. The information on this web site does not take the place of an advisor or counselor at either the Tennessee community college or the TICUA college or university. The web site is intended to help students and advisors work together to establish an appropriate pathway for transfer from a public Tennessee community college to a TICUA college or university. Students planning to transfer to a TICUA institution are strongly encouraged to review the specific college / university baccalaureate degree program requirements for courses that may be required upon transfer which are specific to that institution’s mission. Provided that all other admission criteria are met, individual TICUA institutions may require that a transfer student take additional courses specific to that institution's mission. However, if a student has followed the Tennessee Transfer Pathways curriculum, the requirement to take additional course will not result in additional time spent toward degree completion. TICUA colleges and universities also have created various ways in which a student may transfer, please visit the individual institution's website to learn more about transferring. TICUA Tennessee Transfer PathwaysPlease refer to the tntransferpathway.org website for additional information regarding TICUA institutions participating in the Tennessee Transfer Pathways.
