QualPro MVT Workshop 8am-4pm EST No cost- Lunch will be provided QualPro is a company specializing in process improvement for educational institutions, among other industries. QualPro utilizes its proprietary MVT® Process (Multi-Variable Testing) to help organizations achieve breakthrough improvements in areas like fundraising, enrollment, and donor relations. This method involves simultaneously testing numerous changes to processes, quickly identifying those that are helpful, neutral, or harmful, thus saving time and cost. QualPro describes its approach as a "SWAT-team" model, offering expert analytical and consulting support with minimal client involvement and a focus on measurable, rapid results. As a statistician working in process control and improvement during the Cold War, Dr. Charles W. Holland began developing the MVT® Process more extensively in the production and research development of nuclear weapons, as well as in training effectiveness, maintenance, product certification, and laboratory service. In 1982, Dr. Holland launched QualPro to offer training seminars, teaching the fundamentals of the MVT® Process.
